Full payment is taken with an online reservation or by phone. A credit card is charged at the time reservation is made. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. A reservation is not guaranteed until required deposit is received. No Saturday check ins.

 

 

We always honor Military discounts. We offer many specials, check them out! Discounts cannot be combined with any other specials or offers, and must be requested/applied at time of reservation.

 

 

We do not give refunds due to sickness, changes to work schedule, early departure or Mother Nature. Camping is an outdoor experience; the fun continues rain or shine. No refunds will be given for late notice, no shows, or reservation deposits paid 31 days prior to arrival. Seasonal deposits will not be refunded if plans change.

 

 

Key cards Must be returned at the end of your stay to avoid a charge of $20 each card.

 

Campsites: To get ANY refund, reservations must be cancelled no later than 30 days before your stay. There is a 12% fee for canceling 31 plus days before your reservation.

 

Rental Units: To get any refund, reservations must be cancelled no later than 31 days before your stay. There is a 12% fee on rental cancellations 31 plus days before reservation.

 

Rental units are to be left in broom swept condition with garbage left tied up on the deck. Any units not clean are subject to a cleaning fee of up to $150. Please report any damages to management as soon as possible. Any damages will be at your cost.

 

Golf Carts: There is a $10.00 processing fee on ALL golf cart cancellations. No refunds 14 days prior to arrival. Golf cart check ins are 1pm and check out 11am.

 

 

Check-in time for a campsite is 2pm. Early arrival (before 2pm), if available, is $5.00 per hour early fee. Check-in time for a rental is 3pm. No early check-ins for cabins. Please call the office before you arrive early to make arrangements so we can save you from having to wait around!

 

 

 

In the event you are unable to check-in during our hours of operation, please make prior arrangements with our reservation department (reservation must be paid in full for a late checkout).

 

Check-out time is 11am. Late check-out, if available, is a $25.00 fee (for your family — 2 adults and up to 3 children, not everyone on your site) to stay in the park until 2pm. Late check-out may not be booked prior to your arrival.

 

 

Campsite guests: Based on availability, please make arrangements with the Ranger Station before your departure day.

 

Rental guests: Late check-out is not available. It may be possible for you to extend your stay if you are able to vacate the cabin, but then can park in the visitor lot to enjoy the park. Please inquire at the Ranger Station.

 

 

Visitors can spend the day or visit a family camping with us. Please call ahead for availability. Visitors must register with the office and pay a fee of $10 for adults and $5 for children. Visitors must display a visitor tag on their rearview mirror or park in the overflow if the campsite being visited already has 2 vehicles. Holiday weekend visitors will be limited due to space in the park. Check-out time for visitors is 10pm.

 

 

We have golf cart rentals. With a limited amount, we recommend that you reserve early.

 

- You must be at least 21 years of age to rent a golf cart and 18 years old to drive.

- Children are not allowed to drive golf carts, both rentals and personal.

- Personal golf carts are welcome; however, there is a $50.00 park access fee per season and proof of insurance is required.

- A sticker must be displayed on the golf cart.

- Golf carts must follow the 5 miles per hour speed limit and not be driven off the roadways.

- Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate loss of golf cart use without refund.

- Golf cart check-in is 1pm and check-out is 11am.

It is your responsibility to supervise your children at all times and to monitor and manage their behavior. We are not responsible for overseeing your children or handling disagreements or other situations. Please ensure they are following the rules and maintaining good behavior at all times.

 

 

We are a pet-friendly campground and friendly pets are always welcomed!

 

- Pets are $5.00 each under your reservation limit of 2 pets per site.

- A $25.00 fee for each pet is required for any of our pet-friendly units.

- Aggressive dogs are not allowed.

- Proof of Rabies vaccination is required at check-in.

- Please be considerate of other campers and clean up after your pet.

- Pets MUST be on a leash at all times, even at your campsite.

- Pets are not allowed in the playground area, bounce area, pool area, or any public buildings.

 

 

There is no lifeguard on duty and all swimmers swim at their own risk.

 

- All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

- Swim diapers are required for infants and can be purchased in the Ranger Station.

- For your safety, no glass containers or smoking are allowed in the pool area.

- Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

- Pool is open 10am until dusk Sundays, 11am to dusk.

- Pool is usually open Memorial Day through Labor Day, subject to change.

- No refunds will be given when the pool needs maintenance during operating hours.

 

 

- No children are to be left unattended at the bounce area.

- This is for children 13 years and under.

- No shoes, toys, or any other objects.

- No acrobatics are allowed.

- Anyone entering this area assumes all risk and liability.

- Owner is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or children being unattended.

- By entering the Bounce area, you agree to adhere to this notice and assume all liability for yourself, your children, or any guests.

 

 

Entrance to Jellystone Park constitutes permission for the management of Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort™ at Madison, Maine to photograph/film the visitor while on the premises and to use photos/film for lawful purposes without credit or acknowledgment to the visitor.

 

 

Holidays include:

 

- Memorial Day Weekend (May 22–25, 2025)

- 4th of July (July 3–6, 2025)

- Labor Day Weekend (September 4–7)

 

Holiday stays must include all 3 nights of the Holiday.

 

 

- Quiet hours are 10pm–8am.

- Quiet Hours emergency line: 207-431-7972.

- Bicycles must be parked at dark.

- All children must be at the campsite by 9pm.

- Speed limit is 5 mph throughout the campground.

- Please be respectful of others: no loud music, profanity, or abusive behavior. This is a FAMILY campground!

 

Violations of any of the terms and conditions can be cause to cancel your reservation immediately and have you removed from the park, with no refund. It is important to make sure all members of your reservation, including any visitors registered to your site, are in compliance, as the person booking the site is responsible for all parties and their actions.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, I SPECIFICALLY ACKNOLEDGE THAT CAMPRESORT IS NOT LIABLE FOR INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM SUCH RISKS.
