Cindy Bear™’s Pavilion is the perfect spot to gather for your next group outing. Whether you are hosting a family reunion, graduation party or birthday party, we have several packages to choose from. Pavilion seats up to 50 people.
Pavilion available for rent: Sunday thru Thursday
Basic Pavilion Rental – $150.00
- Includes up to 50 people
- 4 Hour use of pavilion (includes setup and tear down time)
- Use of propane grill and tools
- Additional people are $3.00 per person
- Add Pool & Bouncy Bear Zone for $3.00 per person
Child Birthday Party Pavilion Rental – $150.00
- Includes up to 10 children
- 4 hour use of Pavilion (includes setting up, time to use the inflatables / park, and tear down time)
- Unlimited use of pool (adult supervision at all times; no lifeguard on duty)
- Unlimited use at Bouncy Bear Zone (check for hours of operation)
- 2 Large Pizzas (cheese or pepperoni) and large bottle of soda OR use of grill, propane and grill tools
- Loot Bag for birthday child
- Use of amenities: Playground, basketball, gaga ball, and volleyball
- Additional children, add $10.00 per child
*Must be paid in full when reservation is made
*In the event of cancellation: if we are given a 2-day notice prior to the party, a refund less a $50 cancellation fee, will be issued. If we are notified less than 2 days prior to the party, no refund will be given.
*Party dates and times are subject to availability. Space is limited, please give at least 2 weeks advance notice.
